Analysis of the Application Effectiveness of Enhanced Public Health Man-agement on Infectious Disease Prevention
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced public health management in infectious disease prevention.Methods Forty-seven working staff members of Zhoucun District Youth Road Street Community Health Center were selected from January 2021 to December 2022 as the study objects.According to the different time,they were re-corded as pre-management(from January to December 2021)and post-management(from January to December 2022),and the routine management mode was implemented before management,and the enhanced public health man-agement mode was implemented after management,the staff's burnout,infectious disease prevention and control abil-ity,and the quality of occupational life before and after management were compared.Results Staff burnout scores after management was significantly better than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Staff's scores on infectious disease prevention and control ability and occupational quality of life after manage-ment were significantly higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced public health management model for infectious disease prevention in community health centers can significantly improve staff burnout,improve infectious disease prevention and control ability,and strengthen the quality of occupational life.
