Construction of Hospital Monitoring and Early Warning System for Respi-ratory Infectious Diseases in General Hospital
The establishment of respiratory infectious disease surveillance system is the basis for comprehensive hos-pitals to quickly respond to sudden respiratory infectious disease outbreaks in practice at this stage,early detection of possible infectious disease epidemic risks,investigation of epidemic trends,timely warning of risks,and assessment of medical system load.Especially during the outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases,the establishment of this system can significantly reduce the risk of nosocomial infection in general hospitals and ensure the safety of hospital medical environment.Taking the Fangshan District First Hospital as an example,this study focused on the relevant clinical practice experience of infection prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases,strictly followed the relevant requirements of official documents,standards and norms,and fully combined the content of risk assessment to prelimi-narily discuss and strive to build a monitoring and early warning system for general hospitals to cope with respiratory infectious diseases.It included infectious disease information reporting system,influenza monitoring system,symptom monitoring system,fever outpatient monitoring system,laboratory monitoring system and other multi-dimensional monitoring system.The hospital set up a monitoring leading group,led by the hospital leader,and by the leading group to carry out the relevant coordination and command work,the responsibilities and rights of each department are clearly divided,in order to comprehensively establish the overall hospital monitoring and early warning mechanism.The hospital responded quickly according to the early warning,and the relevant departments such as manpower,mate-rials and equipment cooperated to prevent the occurrence of hospital feeling,make preparations for diagnosis and treatment,and ensure that the daily diagnosis and treatment work in the hospital can be carried out in an orderly man-ner,so as to provide effective experience reference for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in general hospitals.
