As an important tool to safeguard the health and safety of the population,public health management plays a vital role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Infectious disease prevention depends on strong public health policies,effective disease surveillance systems,rigorous enforcement of health standards,and widespread health education and access.To strengthen the application of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases,it is urgent to improve every link from strategy innovation to effective execution.Accurate disease surveil-lance and data analysis,rational formulation of regulations,scientific allocation of resources,systematic training of tal-ents,continuous deepening of scientific research,and extensive community participation are all indispensable parts of building an effective prevention and control system.When these elements complement each other and reinforce each other,the power of public health management will be fully utilized in the prevention of infectious diseases,thus safe-guarding the strong dam of human health.This study analyzed the role of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases,and put forward a series of targeted application strategies,aiming at providing reference for the work of relevant personnel.
