摘要
项目管理可以将传统的经验管理向科学化管理模式转变,使医疗设备管理工作更为规范化与合理化.本文通过对医疗设备的管理现状进行综述,分析项目管理的特点,以及在医院医疗设备管理中应用的可行性、实施情况与注意事项,以期更好地解决医院医疗设备管理难题,为管理方案的完善提供一定参考.
Abstract
Project management can transform the traditional experience management into scientific management mode and make the medical equipment management more standardized and rationalized.By summarizing the current situation of medical equipment management,this paper analyzed the characteristics of project management,as well as the feasibility,implementation and precautions of application in hospital medical equipment management,in order to better solve the problems of hospital medical equipment management and provided a certain reference for the improve-ment of management programs.
