Laboratory Construction and Management in Hospitals Affiliated to Medi-cal Schools
Hospitals affiliated to medical schools play an important role in the medical industry,not only in providing medical services for the people,but also in medical teaching and scientific research,which can improve the quality of medical school personnel training.Laboratory in medical education to undertake the important task of teaching,scien-tific research,related to the medical school teaching and research work in an orderly manner.Therefore,hospitals af-filiated to medical schools attach great importance to laboratory construction and management,and make full use of the role of the laboratory to promote the sustainable development of medical teaching and research work.However,from the practical point of view,there are still many problems in the construction and management of laboratories in hospitals affiliated to medical schools,which limit the quality construction and development of laboratories.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the problems in the construction and management of laboratories in hospitals affiliated with medical schools and proposes corresponding solution strategies to improve the construction and management of labora-tories and enhance the quality of teaching and research personnel training.
