Research on Performance Management of Public Health Services
In the basic public service,public health service is a very important part of the need for urban and rural basic medical and health institutions to effectively contact the relevant center for disease control(CDC),and for the residents from the public welfare point of view,in the public health aspects of the provision of specific interventions,as a way to effectively prevent and control disease.In this process,township health centers and community health cen-ters are the main service providers.CDCs at all levels need to scientifically define service standards and effectively su-pervise and manage services.The relevant CDCs can further improve the quality of public health services by effec-tively improving their own management effectiveness.In the actual implementation of the management work,we need to attach great importance to the performance management of public health services,to take scientific and reasonable management measures to ensure that the performance management work is carried out effectively,and comprehen-sively improve the level of performance management.This paper analyzes the performance management of public health services,introduces the main content of public health services,discusses the current status of performance man-agement of public health services,and puts forward specific optimization countermeasures,hoping to be able to play a number of references and reference for relevant researchers.
