摘要
医疗资源的迫切需求与卫生资源分配不均衡之间存在着一定的矛盾,而这一问题又直接关系到社区基本公共卫生服务的发展水平.本文探讨了基本公共卫生服务均等化的难点,对基本公共卫生服务均等化的相关内容进行简要说明,并分析其重要性,提出加强宣传创新思路,建立健全的交流和激励机制,深化公共卫生体制改革的对策,以期能为相关工作人员提供借鉴.
Abstract
There exists a certain contradiction between the urgent demand for medical resources and the unbalanced distribution of health resources,which in turn is directly related to the development level of basic public health ser-vices in the community.This paper discusses the difficulties of equalization of basic public health services,briefly ex-plains the relevant contents of equalization of basic public health services,and analyze its importance,put forward the countermeasures of strengthening publicity and innovative ideas,establishing a sound communication and incentive mechanism,and deepening the reform of public health system,in order to provide relevant staff with reference.
