多模式教学提高神经重症专业中西医临床教学质量的探讨

摘要
神经重症是近十多年来逐步发展起来的重症医学亚专科,具有专业性强、多学科融合、有创操作多等特点,对于神经重症医学专业的研究生来说,学习难度大,使用传统的教学模式进行教学,难以满足现代化教学需求.本文探讨运用清单式教学模式、"文献复习课"教学法、以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法、多媒体和模拟操作等方法,提升神经重症中西医临床教学质量.
Abstract
Neurocritical illness is a subspecialty of critical care medicine that has been gradually developed in the last decade or so,and is characterized by strong specialization,multidisciplinary integration,and many invasive opera-tions,which makes it difficult for postgraduate students of neurocritical illness medicine to learn.It is difficult to meet the modernized teaching demand by using the traditional teaching mode for teaching.This paper discusses the use of checklist teaching mode,"literature review class"teaching method,problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method,multimedia and simulation operation to improve the quality of Chinese and Western clinical teaching in neurocritical illness.
