摘要
在《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的背景下,医院科研管理正面临着转型升级的需求,敏捷管理提供了一种切实可行的解决方案,不仅在短期内提高项目成功率,而且在长远中塑造了一种更为动态和可持续的研究文化.本文通过对敏捷管理在医院科研管理中应用的全面分析,揭示了敏捷管理如何有效帮助医院科研项目应对快速变化的科研环境,提升项目的适应性、效率性和协作性.通过深入分析敏捷管理在医院科研管理中的应用实例,探讨其对科研团队协作、资源配置、项目适应性等方面的具体影响,优化敏捷实践,以期达到科研管理的最优状态.
Abstract
In the context of the"Healthy China 2030"plan,hospital research management is facing the need for transformation and upgrading,and agile management provides a practical solution that not only improves project suc-cess in the short term,but also shapes a more dynamic and sustainable research culture in the long term.Through a comprehensive analysis of the application of agile management in hospital scientific research management,this paper reveals how agile management can effectively help hospital scientific research projects cope with the rapidly changing scientific research environment,and improve the adaptability,efficiency and collaboration of the project.Through in-depth analysis of the application examples of agile management in hospital scientific research management,this paper discusses its specific impact on research team collaboration,resource allocation,project adaptability and other as-pects,and optimizes agile practice in order to achieve the optimal state of scientific research management.
