摘要
目的 探讨以评促建和持续改进措施提升医院医疗质量与安全管理水平的效果.方法 选取2022年1-12月滁州市中西医结合医院医务科在岗医务人员79名为研究对象,2022年1-6月行常规管理(优化管理前),2022年7-12月将以评促建引入医疗质量与安全管理工作中并根据评估结果持续改进措施以优化管理(优化管理后),对比两个时段医务人员的医疗服务质量的考核结果以及手卫生执行情况,评价管理效果.结果 优化管理后的医务人员服务质量评分均高于优化管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).优化管理后医务人员接触患者前后、无菌操作前以及体液暴露风险操作后手卫生执行率(100.00%、98.73%、100.00%、100.00%)明显高于优化管理前(92.41%、91.14%、93.67%、94.94%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.237、4.740、5.163、4.104,P均<0.05).结论 以评促建和持续改进措施的应用可以有效提升医务人员的医疗服务质量,提高医务人员手卫生依从性,对提升医疗安全管理水平也具有积极作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of promoting construction by evaluation and continuous improvement mea-sures to improve hospital medical quality and safety management level.Methods From January to December 2022,seventy-nine medical personnel in the medical department of Chuzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the study objects.From January to June 2022,routine management was imple-mented(before optimization management),and from July to December 2022,evaluation was introduced into medical quality and safety management,and continuous improvement measures were taken according to the evaluation results to optimize management(after optimization management).The assessment results of medical service quality and hand hygiene implementation of medical staff in two periods were compared to evaluate the management effect.Results The service quality scores of medical staff after optimization management were higher than those before optimization man-agement,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After optimal management,the hand hygiene implementation rate of medical staff before and after contact with patients,before aseptic operation and after body fluid exposure risk operation(100.00%,98.73%,100.00%,100.00%)were significantly higher than those before opti-mal management(92.41%,91.14%,93.67%,94.94%),and the differences were statistically significant((χ2=6.237,4.740,5.163,4.104,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evaluation to promote construction and continuous improvement measures can effectively improve the quality of medical service,improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff,and also play a positive role in improving the level of medical safety management.
