摘要
数字化轮转平台是专门为住院医师规范化培训过程管理中的轮转排班、住院医师管理、师资管理、数字化轮转记录、教学工作量统计、培训质量反馈等内容量身定制的信息系统.数字化轮转平台紧紧围绕住院医师规范化培训的各项教学内容展开,不仅贯穿并保证了住院医师规范化培训的全流程,也使得教学医院的培训和管理工作更加规范化、具体化、标准化.该平台的应用有利于住院医师规范化培训工作科学、高效地实施,从而达到全面提升医院信息化和精准化管理水平的目标.
Abstract
Digital rotation platform is an information system specifically tailored for the rotation scheduling,resident management,faculty management,digital rotation records,teaching workload statistics,and training quality feedback in the management of the standardized residency training process.The digital rotation platform is tightly focused on the teaching contents of resident standardized training,which not only runs through and ensures the whole process of resident standardized training,but also makes the training and management work of teaching hospitals more standard-ized,specific and standardized.The application of this platform is conducive to the scientific and efficient implementa-tion of the resident standardized training work,so as to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the level of hos-pital informationization and precise management.
