Application Value of Phased 360-degree Performance Feedback Nurse Evaluation System in Operating Room Nursing Staff Management
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of the phased 360-degree performance feedback nurse evaluation system in the management of nurses in the operating room.Methods Thirty-three nurses in the oper-ating room of Red Flag Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from August 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.From August 2021 to August 2022,the control group was managed in the conventional management mode.From September 2022 to September 2023,the study group adopted phased 360-degree perfor-mance feedback nurse evaluation system for nursing staff management.The satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of nursing staff in the study group(93.94%)was higher than that in the control group(75.76%)with the management method,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.243,P<0.05).Nursing quality,health education,professional operation skills,aseptic operation and to-tal score of nursing staff in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The phased 360-degree performance feedback nurse evaluation system will be applied in the management of nursing personnel in the operating room,and the comprehen-sive quality and ability of nursing personnel will be significantly improved and improve the management effect.
