Analysis of the Effect of the Application of Flexible Management on Outpa-tient Nursing Staff
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of flexible management for outpatient nursing staff.Methods Ten outpatient nursing staff of Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University applied conven-tional management from January to May 2023,which was set as the control group,and carried out flexible management from June to December 2023,which was set as the study group.The two groups were compared in terms of management evaluation,nursing competence evaluation,psychological state and management satisfaction.Results The handover or-der and work intensity,work feedback and communication efficiency scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of receiving at-titude,active service and health education,humanistic care and nursing process of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of psychological status in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group(100.00%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(90.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Flexible management can improve provide outpatient nursing staff management evaluation,can improve their negative psychological status,has high management value.
