Impact of Homogenization Management on Professional Skills of Medical Staff and Patient Satisfaction in Hospitals under the Integrated Health Care System Model
Objective To analyze the impact of homogenization management on medical staff's professional skills and patient satisfaction in hospitals of integrated health care system.Methods 200 medical personnel in the integrated health care system of Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study object,the control group practiced routine management from January to June 2022,and 480 cases of patients were selected for consultation.The observation group practiced homogenized management from July to December 2022,and 480 patients were se-lected for consultation.The two groups were compared in terms of medical staff's professional skills,management qual-ity and patients'visit satisfaction scores.Results The scores of the case analysis,basic operation,history taking,physical examination,differential diagnosis and treatment,medical record writing of the medical staff in the observa-tion group were 95.88±2.67,97.08±0.49,96.24±2.77,98.33±0.17,96.85±2.78,and 99.14±0.09,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=19.268,57.687,20.906,167.042,20.570,33.033,all P<0.05).The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of patients'consulta-tion satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of homogenization management in the integrated health care system can effectively improve the professional skills of medical personnel,and patient satisfaction is high.
