摘要

目的 探讨BOPPPS教学模式在药理学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月永州市中心医院药学部的24名实习药师为研究对象,依据不同教学模式分为常规组与BOPPPS组,每组12名,两组分别采用常规教学模式、BOPPPS教学模式,对比两组实习药师的考核成绩、教学效果、教学满意度.结果 BOPPPS组的理论考核成绩、实验操作成绩(90.13±4.86)分、(91.48±3.95)分高于常规组(82.47±5.61)分、(85.19±4.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.575、3.741,P均<0.05).BOPPPS组增加学习兴趣、提升学习效率、培养医学思维、加强知识运用、增加知识储备评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).BOPPPS组的教学满意度(100.00%)高于常规组(58.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将BOPPPS教学模式应用于药理学教学中,不仅能够使实习药师更加深入地理解药理学知识,提高学习效果,增强其学习兴趣和动力,还能够提高药理学教学质量和水平.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching model in pharmacology teaching.Meth-ods Twenty-four trainee pharmacists from the Department of Pharmacy of Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2023 to January 2024,and were divided into conventional and BOPPPS groups based on different teaching modes,with 12 in each group,and the two groups adopted the conventional teaching mode and BOPPPS teaching mode respectively.Compared the two groups of intern pharmacists'assessment scores,teaching ef-fect,teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical assessment scores and laboratory operation scores of the BOPPPS group 90.13±4.86 and 91.48±3.95 were higher than 82.47±5.61 and 85.19±4.28 of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.575,3.741,both P<0.05).The scores of increasing learning interest,en-hancing learning efficiency,cultivating medical thinking,strengthening the application of knowledge,and increasing knowledge reserves in the BOPPPS group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction in the BOPPPS group(100.00%)was higher than that in the conventional group(58.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching mode in pharmacology teaching can not only enable pharmacists-in-training to have a deeper un-derstanding of pharmacology knowledge,improve the learning effect,enhance their learning interest and motivation,but also improve the quality and level of pharmacology teaching.
