摘要
干部人才是推动公立医院高质量发展的核心力量,随着健康中国战略全面深入实施,对公立医院干部人才培养工作提出了更高要求,当前干部人才培养工作面临着系统性不足、针对性不强、实效性不高等困境,本文以激励五力模型为支撑,探索建立科学、规范、合理的"三位一体"干部人才培养体系,为公立医院高质量发展提供人才支撑.
Abstract
Cadre talents are the core force to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.With the comprehensive and in-depth implementation of the strategy of Healthy China,the training of cadre talents in public hospitals has put forward higher requirements.The current cadre talent training work is faced with systematic insuffi-ciency,poor pertinence,ineffectiveness and other dilemmas,this paper takes the motivation five force model as the support,explores the establishment of scientific,standardized,reasonable"trinity"cadre talent training system,and provides talent support for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
