Research on the Attraction and Incentive Mechanism of Postdoctoral Tal-ents in Specialized Hospitals
Tianjin hospitals with outstanding specialty characteristics have formed a unique postdoctoral health talent cultivation model.By combing the practical experience and construction effectiveness of the postdoctoral workstation of a specialty hospital in Tianjin,this paper analyze the current postdoctoral research workstation construction and management mode and problems in specialty hospitals in terms of postdoctoral work,cultivation and management ini-tiatives,and put forward improvement and enhancement methods from the perspective of hospital management,so as to provide reference for the establishment of a postdoctoral research workstation talent inducing and incentive system in medical institutions.
