摘要
本研究基于医用耗材带量采购的背景与现状,系统阐述了医疗机构在医用耗材带量采购执行前、执行中以及执行后所做的工作,包括发现问题并提出解决方案,最终取得了阶段性成果.强调坚持做好带量采购工作,有利于维护患者在医疗方面的根本利益,更好地践行带量采购的价值.研究聚焦浙江省某省级三甲医院在医用耗材带量采购的全流程管理,深入总结实践经验,旨在为其他医疗机构执行医用耗材带量采购提供有价值的借鉴与参考.
Abstract
Based on the background and current situation of medical consumables procurement,this study systemati-cally described the work done by medical institutions before,during and after the implementation of medical consum-ables procurement,including finding problems and proposing solutions,and finally achieving phased results.This pa-per emphasized that adhering to the work of quantity procurement is conducive to maintaining the fundamental inter-ests of patients in medical treatment and better practicing the value of quantity procurement.This study focused on the whole process management of medical consumables procurement in a provincial third-level hospital in Zhejiang Province,deeply summarized practical experience,and aimed to provide valuable reference for other medical institu-tions to carry out medical consumables procurement.
