Application Value of Performance Appraisal Management Combined with Secondary Allocation of Bonus in Nursing Management of Gastroenterol-ogy Department
Objective To study the effect of performance appraisal management combined with secondary bonus allo-cation in gastroenterology.Methods Twenty nurses from gastroenterology department of Anlu Puai Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.From June to December 2022,routine nursing management was carried out as the control group.From January to June 2023,performance appraisal management combined with sec-ondary bonus distribution was used as the observation group.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The technical score of nursing quality in the observation group was 18.36±1.25,the score of responsibility was 18.64±1.27,the score of nurse-patient communication was 18.79±1.23,and the score of basic nursing was 18.87±1.34,which were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.565,3.569,3.980,3.485,all P<0.05).The satisfaction of management mode in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of per-formance appraisal management combined with the secondary allocation of bonuses in the nursing management of gas-troenterology department can improve the nursing staff's satisfaction with the management mode and improve the over-all nursing quality.
