Application of Digital Medical Imaging Information System in Quality Management of Radiology Department
Objective To study the application effect of digital medical imaging information system in quality manage-ment of radiology department.Methods A total of nineteen staff members working in the Department of Radiology,Shandong Yiyang Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.From November 2020 to November 2021,the management of conventional imaging system was applied,and from December 2021 to November 2022,the management of digital medical imaging information system was ap-plied.In two periods,three hundred and eighty cases were selected to compare the film quality,staff management quality and management satisfaction under two management modes.Results In the digital medical imaging informa-tion system management mode,the incidence of inaccurate information and incomplete data were lower than that of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the digital medical imag-ing information system management mode,all the management quality scores of staff were higher than those of conven-tional management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the digital medical imaging infor-mation system management mode,the satisfaction of staff management(100.00%)was higher than that of conventional management(73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of digital medical imaging information system in the quality management of radiology department is quite remarkable,which can effectively improve the quality of film and staff management,and the satisfaction of staff management is also improved.
