Effect of PDCA Management on Quality Control of Nursing Documents
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA management in the quality control of nursing documents.Meth-ods Thirty nurses working in Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to December 2022,conventional management was used as the control group,and from January 2023 to December 2023,PDCA management mode was used as the study group.A total of two hundred nursing documents were randomly selected from the inpatient departments of the two stages to compare the writing quality score,the unqualified rate of writing nursing documents,the occurrence of adverse of adverse events in the two stages.Results The unqualified rate of nursing documents writing in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was one adverse event in the study group and 10 adverse events in the control group.The writing quality scores of the first nursing assess-ment sheet,nursing record sheet,health education sheet,body temperature sheet and pressure ulcer monitoring sheet in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the quality management of nursing document writing in hospital inpatient department,the imple-mentation of PDCA management can effectively improve the quality of all kinds of nursing document writing,reduce the unqualified rate of nursing document writing,and help reduce the complaints and medical disputes caused by nursing document writing.
