医院持续改进卫生管理制度对提升医疗服务质量的影响研究

目的 探讨医院持续改进卫生管理制度对提升医疗服务质量的影响.方法 选取深圳市保健委员会办公室89名医护人员为研究对象,2023年1月开始实施医院持续改进卫生管理制度,将2022年1-11月作为管理前,采取常规卫生管理;2023年1-11月实施医院持续改进卫生管理制度作为管理后.两组研究对象为同一批人员,比较两组的医护人员工作能力、管理满意度.结果 管理后医护人员综合素质、服务能力、卫生和安全管理能力评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).管理后医护人员的工作积极性评分为(26.62±2.84)分、职业成就感评分为(37.18±1.65)分、管理人性化评分为(27.54±1.79)分,显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.069、4.005、4.543,P均<0.05).结论 实施医院卫生管理制度有利于促进门诊医护人员的工作能力,提高医护人员工作满意度,为医院工作开展提供重要价值.
Influence of Continuous Improvement of Health Management System on the Improvement of Medical Service Quality
Objective To explore the influence of continuous improvement of health management system on the im-provement of medical service quality.Methods A total of eighty-nine medical workers in Shenzhen Health Commis-sion Office were selected as the study subjects.In January 2023,the continuous improvement of hospital health man-agement system was implemented.Routine health management was adopted from January 2022 to November 2022 as the pre-management period.Hospital continuous improvement of health management was adopted from January 2023 to November 2023 as the after management period.The subjects of the two groups were the same group of personnel,and the working ability and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of compre-hensive quality,service ability,health and safety management ability of medical staff after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After management,the work enthusiasm score of the medical staff was 26.62±2.84,the score of professional achievement was 37.18±1.65,the score of management humanization was 27.54±1.79,which were significantly higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.069,4.005,4.543,all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hospital health management system is conducive to promoting the work ability of outpatient medical staff,improving the work satisfaction of medical staff,and providing important value for hospital work.
