Construction and Practical Effect of Quality Control Key Indicators in Outpatient Clinic Refined Management
Implementation of outpatient fine management helps to improve the efficiency of medical services and pa-tient satisfaction,and promotes the sustainable development of outpatient services in hospitals,but it also needs to be continuously adapted to the changes in technological development and patient needs,and continuously optimized and innovated.This paper outlines the characteristics of outpatient fine management,summarizes the requirements of qual-ity control in outpatient fine management,constructs the construction of quality control key indexes in outpatient fine management,and proposes four major practical measures and effects of quality control key indexes in outpatient fine management:information technology management,personnel management,detail management and awareness manage-ment.
