Application Effects of Performance Appraisal in Hospital Human Re-source Management
Objective To analyze the effects of performance appraisal used for human resource management in hospi-tal.Methods A total of one hundred and twenty-five medical staff from South Anhui Rehabilitation Hospital(Wuhu Fifth People's Hospital)in Anhui Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the differences in management modes.The observation group was subjected to performance appraisal mode(n=63),while the control group was subjected to conventional management mode(n=62).The management satisfaction,work attitude and enthusiasm,responsibility consciousness and complaints of the two groups of medical staff were compared.Results The work attitude,work enthusiasm,responsibility consciousness and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).There were 7 complaints in the control group and 1 complaint in the observation group.Conclusion In the process of hospital human resources management,the application of performance appraisal can ef-fectively improve the work efficiency and work quality of medical staff,and effectively guarantee the long-term and stable development of hospitals.
