优质服务模式在门诊护理管理中的应用价值分析

目的 探究在门诊护理管理中应用优质服务模式的效果.方法 选取宜兴市人民医院门诊部21名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1-12月采用常规护理管理(对照组),2023年1-12月采用优质服务模式护理管理(观察组),两组均为同一批护理人员.对比两组的综合能力、护理质量与管理满意度.结果 观察组的综合能力、护理质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的管理模式满意度高于对照组(95.24%vs 61.90%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.091,P<0.05).结论 将优质服务模式应用于门诊护理管理中,可有效提升护理人员综合能力,使护理人员对管理模式更加满意,有助于门诊护理质量的提升.
Application Value of Quality Service Model in Outpatient Nursing Man-agement
Objective To explore the effect of applying quality service model in outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of twenty-one nurses from the outpatient department of Yixing People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.From January 2022 to December 2022,routine nursing management(control group)was adopted.From January 2023 to December 2023,high-quality service model nursing management was adopted(observation group).Both groups were the same group of nurses.The comprehensive ability,nursing quality and management satis-faction of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive ability and nursing quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of management mode in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.24%vs 61.90%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality service model in outpatient nursing management can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,make nursing staff more satisfied with the management model,and contribute to the improvement of outpatient nursing quality.
