摘要
目的 探讨精益管理提升医院管理质量的作用与效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月天津市北辰医院76名医护人员为研究对象,以开始采用精益管理为时间节点分为对照组(2023年1-6月,常规管理)和观察组(2023年7-12月,精益管理).评价两组的医院管理质量、医护人员的管理满意度.结果 观察组的医院上报制度、奖惩机制、院内感染控制、医疗信息管理、沟通协调机制、文化建设6个维度的管理质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的管理总满意度(94.74%)高于对照组(84.21%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.471,P<0.05).结论 精益管理在医院管理中的应用能够有效提升医院管理质量,提高医务人员对管理模式的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the function and effect of lean management to improve the quality of hospital man-agement.Methods A total of seventy-six medical staff in Tianjin Beichen Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Taking lean management as the time node,hospital management was divided into control group(January to June 2023,conventional management)and observation group(July to December 2023,lean management).The quality of hospital management and the satisfaction of medical staff were evaluated.Results The management quality of 6 dimensions of hospital reporting system,reward and punishment mechanism,nosocomial infection control,medical information management,communication and coordination mechanism,and cultural con-struction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of observation group(94.74%)was higher than that of control group(84.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.471,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean man-agement in hospital management can effectively improve the quality of hospital management and improve the satisfac-tion of medical staff to management mode.
