Overall Effect of the Implementation of 6S Management Mode in Nursing Management of Endocrinology Department
Objective To analyze the application effect of 6S management mode in nursing management of endocrinol-ogy department.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,nine nurses in the department of endocrinology in Xi-anning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to carry out the study.Routine management was car-ried out from January to June 2023 and included in the control group.After that,they were managed by 6S from July 2023 to January 2024 and included in the observation group.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results Nursing responsibility,problem handling ability,emergency response ability,disinfection and isolation,nurs-ing safety,service attitude,instruments and equipment,drug management,ward management,nursing disputes,nurs-ing operations and nursing documents scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no nursing risk event in the observation group,and 1 case of information checking error occurred in the control group.Conclusion The implementation of 6S management mode in endocrinology department can significantly improve the quality of nursing management and pre-vent nursing risk events.
