Principle and Innovation of Performance Management in Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Hospital
With the implementation of the new medical reform measures,public medical institutions need to balance maintaining their public welfare while improving the level of diagnosis and treatment.In order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of medical institutions,a comprehensive performance evaluation system must be built to optimize the allocation of internal resources.In addition,because the hospital is a part of the public institution,it is af-fected by the traditional management concept,and there is a lack of modernization and refinement of management.As far as the actual situation is concerned,some traditional Chinese medicine hospitals have not completely established an effective performance appraisal system,which is easy to cause serious problems.In the long run,operational risks that affect public welfare will have a negative impact on the social reputation of public hospitals,and further aggravate the trust problem between doctors and patients.Therefore,in this context,hospitals need to think deeply about how to optimize performance management,so as to promote the long-term development of hospitals.This paper introduced some basic principles of performance management of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and analyzed how to inno-vate performance management of traditional Chinese medicine hospital from three main aspects:management system,performance index and evaluation mechanism,hoping to provide reference for related research.
