Exploration of the Specific Application Effects of Using the Patrol Manage-ment Mode in the Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department
Objective To analyze the effect of patrol management mode in the management of obstetrics and gynecol-ogy.Methods Thirty medical and nursing staff from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Macheng Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2023 to January 2024.From January to July 2023 was the control group,which was managed by the conventional management mode,and from August 2023 to January 2024 was the study group,which was managed by the exploratory rounds.management mode.The two groups were the same group of medical and nursing staff.The control group used the conventional management mode,and the study group used the patrol management mode.The management effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results The study group's management quality score,comprehensive quality score,business learning score,and medication management quality score were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Satisfaction of the study group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion Patrol management mode in the management of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the medical service level of health care staff.
