目的 评价戴明环(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)管理联合定期考核对妇产科护士护理能力的影响.方法 选取湖南省脑科医院妇产科工作的20名护士为研究对象.本院在2021年7月—2022年6月期间实施常规管理干预(参照组),在2022年7月—2023年6月期间实施PDCA管理联合定期考核干预(实践组),且两时间段内无人员变动.对比不同管理的干预效果.结果 管理后,实践组考核成绩、护理能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).实践组管理总满意率(100.00%)高于参照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.444,P=0.035).结论 将PDCA管理联合定期考核干预用于妇产科管理工作中,可以提高护士考核成绩,增强其护理能力,提高管理满意率.
Evaluation of the Impact of PDCA Management Combined with Regular Assessment on the Nursing Competence of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurses
Objective To evaluate the effect of Deming circle(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)management combined with regular assessment on the nursing competence of obstetrics and gynecology nurses.Methods Twenty nurses work-ing in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Hunan Provincial Brain Hospital were selected as the study ob-jects.Our hospital implemented routine management intervention(reference group)from July 2021 to June 2022,and PDCA management combined with regular assessment intervention(practice group)from July 2022 to June 2023,and there was no personnel change in both time periods.The effect of the intervention was compared between the different administrations.Results After management,the practice group's appraisal scores,nursing competence scores were higher than those of the reference group and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The manage-ment satisfaction rate of the practice group(100.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P=0.035).Conclusion The use of PDCA management combined with regu-lar assessment intervention in the management of obstetrics and gynecology can improve nurses'assessment scores,enhance their nursing competence,and increase the management satisfaction rate.
