The Effect of Interventional Goal Management Model on Risk Prevention and Control Awareness of Nursing Staff in Geriatrics Department
Objective To explore the application effect of interventional goal management model in the management of risk prevention and control awareness of nursing staff in geriatrics department.Methods Thirteen nursing staff who were employed in the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Changsha First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The routine management mode was implemented from January to December 2021(conventional group),and the intervention goal management model was carried out from January to December 2022(observation group).To explore the effects of different management modes on nursing staff's risk prevention and control awareness,professional identity and management satisfaction.Results The scores of risk perception 9.14±0.88,risk cognition 9.21±0.65,risk assessment 9.09±0.81,and risk control 9.02±0.71 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of pro-fessional identity and management satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interventional goal man-agement model in the management of nursing staff in geriatrics department can enhance their awareness of risk preven-tion and control,professional identity and management satisfaction.
