摘要
目的 探讨PDCA管理模式在药房管理中的应用效果及对工作人员工作效率和服务质量的影响.方法 选取2022年1-12月淄博市博山区计划生育服务中心区妇幼保健院药房的6名工作人员及1 600份处方作为传统组,实施传统管理.2023年1-12月将同一批工作人员及1 600份处方作为探究组,实施PDCA管理.对比两组管理效果.结果 探究组服务质量、管理质量各项评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).探究组工作效率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).探究组药品调配差错率(0.38%)低于传统组(1.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.577,P<0.05).结论 PDCA管理模式在药房管理中的应用能够显著提升服务质量、管理质量以及工作效率,并有效降低药品调配差错率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA management model in pharmacy management and its impact on staff efficiency and service quality.Methods Six staff members of the pharmacy of Zibo Boshan District Family Planning Service Center District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 and 1 600 prescriptions were selected as the traditional group to implement traditional management.The same staff and 1 600 prescriptions from January to December 2023 were taken as an exploratory group to implement PDCA manage-ment.Compare the management effect of the two groups.Results The service quality and management quality scores of the exploratory group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The working efficiency of the exploratory group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The error rate of drug dispensing in the exploratory group(0.38%)was lower than that of the traditional group(1.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.577,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management model in pharmacy management can significantly im-prove the quality of service,management quality and work efficiency,and effectively reduce the error rate of drug dis-pensing.
