目的 探究戴明环(Plan Do Check Act,PDCA)循环管理法对病案管理人员管理效率的影响.方法 选取2023年1-12月常州市肿瘤医院的10名病案管理人员作为研究对象,2023年1-6月接受常规管理(对照组),2023年7-12月接受PDCA循环管理(观察组),对比两组病案管理人员的病案管理效率、管理人员满意度、病案管理质量.结果 观察组病案整理时间(4.25±0.88)min、信息录入时间(2.29±0.68)min、病案归档时间(8.14±1.23)min均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.512、2.266、3.015,P均<0.05).观察组管理人员满意度各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组病案管理质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 病案管理人员应用PDCA循环管理法,病案管理效率、管理人员满意度、病案管理质量均有所提高.
The Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Method on the Management Effi-ciency of Case Managers
Objective To investigate the effect of the Deming circle(Plan Do Check Act,PDCA)cycle management method on the management efficiency of case managers.Methods Ten case managers from Changzhou Cancer Hospi-tal were selected as study objects from January to December 2023,and received routine management from January to June 2023(control group).From July to December 2023,they received PDCA cycle management(observation group).Compare the case management efficiency,management personnel satisfaction,and case management quality of the two groups of case managers.Results The case organization time(4.25±0.88)min,information entry time(2.29±0.68)min,and case filing time(8.14±1.23)min of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=2.512,2.266,3.015,all P<0.05).The scores of managers'satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of case management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method by case managers improved the efficiency of case management,the satisfaction of managers,and the quality of case management.
