Effect of Applying Information Management Mode to Promote Transfor-mation and Development in Pharmaceutical Industry
Objective To analyze the application effect of information management mode in the transformation and de-velopment of pharmaceutical industry.Methods Twenty-one staff members of the Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Office of Changchun New District Management Committee were selected as the research objects.From January 2020 to December 2021,routine group adopted the routine management mode.From January 2022 to December 2023,study group adopted the information management mode.Both groups are staffed by the same staff.The quality of work imple-mentation,the staff's satisfaction with their own work and the application ability of information technology were com-pared between the two groups.Results The work quality score of the study group were higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of job satisfaction and application ability of information technology in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of information management mode is conducive to the transformation and development of the digital pharmaceutical industry,improve the quality of work,the application ability of information technology,and the satisfaction of staff on their work.
