Realization Path of Information Construction of Intelligent Operation Management in Public Hospitals
The current construction of intelligent operation management information in public hospitals faces many challenges,including insufficient technology application and lagging management system.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the realization path of intelligent operation management information construction in public hospitals,and provide guidance and support for it.This paper aims to explore the realization of public hospital wisdom operation management information construction path,through the analysis and summary of the existing information construction,combined with the hospital management practice,put forward the wisdom of public hospital operation management in-formation construction plan to improve management level for public hospitals,optimize the service process to provide reference and guidance.
