Objective To analyze the effect of clinical practice training program for medical interns based on meta-cosmic technology on improving teaching effect. Methods Twenty-five medical interns from Shenzhen University Gen-eral Hospital from March to July 2023 were selected as the control group to conduct basic clinical operation training with traditional practical teaching methods. From September to December 2023,twenty-five medical interns in the hospital were selected as the observation group to conduct basic clinical operation training with meta-cosmic medical education technology. The clinical comprehensive ability of the medical students in the two groups was evaluated by the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mici-CEX),and the performance of skill operation assessment and teaching satisfaction of the medical students in the two groups were compared. Results The passing rate of clinical comprehen-sive ability assessment of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(χ2=5.081 P<0.05).The skills operating assessment scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The teaching satisfac-tion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical practice training program of medical interns based on meta-cosmic technology can significantly improve the teaching effect, help to improve the operational skill level of medical students, and is of great significance to improve the teaching satisfaction of medical students.
