Application of In-situ Simulation Teaching in Emergency Resident Train-ing Teaching
Objective To explore the effect of in situ simulation(ISS)teaching model in emergency resident standard-ized training teaching. Methods A total of sixty-six resident physicians in the Emergency Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with thirty-three in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group adopted the ISS teach-ing mode. The theoretical knowledge, practical operation ability and training satisfaction of the two groups were com-pared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores, practical skills scores of resident training physicians in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the satisfaction results of observation group, the teaching content score was 21.82±1.42,teaching method score was 21.33±1.90,learning initiative score was 21.03±2.14,problem solving ability score was 21.21±1.67,higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.630,4.107,4.166,5.196,all P<0.05).Con-clusion ISS teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of resident physicians in emergency care, and help to improve their satisfaction with training methods. It can improve the clinical thinking ability and clini-cal coping ability of the resident physicians in emergency, and improve the comprehensive ability of the resident phy-sicians quickly.
