Analysis of the Application of Flipped Classroom with Real Cases in Gas-troenterology Teaching
Objective To analyze the application effect of flipped classroom with real cases in gastroenterology teach-ing.Methods Sixty interns in the Department of Gastroenterology of Linyi Kaixuan Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January to December 2023,and were divided into the comparison group and the study group ac-cording to the method of randomized number table,with 30 interns in each group.The comparison group was given the conventional teaching mode and the study group was given the flipped classroom teaching mode with real cases,and the internship assessment scores,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The basic knowledge assessment results score professional skills assessment score of the study group were 93.25±3.66 and 95.66±4.28,higher than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=8.558,9.681,both P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the study group,such as diagnosis,question-ing,physical examination,health education,organizational effectiveness,practical skills and practical problem-solving ability,were higher than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of the study group in terms of teaching method,teaching effect,and teaching content were higher than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching with real cases in gastroenterology teaching is beneficial to improve the teach-ing performance of interns,improve their comprehensive ability,and interns are more satisfied with the teaching work,which is worth recommending.
