The Application and Reflection of PBL Teaching Mode in Clinical Teach-ing of Integrated Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine
Objective To analyze the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in the clinical teaching of integrated Chinese medicine internal medicine.Methods A total of 60 interns of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine in Xishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 30 interns,using random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching program,and the observation group implemented the PBL teaching mode.Two-week assessment scores,learning effects,and satisfaction with teaching were analyzed.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The learning effect of students in the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL in integrated Chi-nese medicine internal medicine not only contributes to the cultivation of students'clinical thinking and the improve-ment of problem-solving ability,but also promotes the development of teamwork and interpersonal relationships.By incorporating PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching,the comprehensive literacy training of integrated Chinese medi-cine internal medicine professionals can be better realized.
