Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of flipped teaching method in the teaching of emer-gency resident standardized training.Methods Sixty-eight residents undergoing training in the Department of Emer-gency Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study.A random number table method was adopted to divide them into a reference group(conventional teaching mode)and a study group(flipped teaching method),with 34 in each group.The teaching effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The assessment scores,comprehensive literacy scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group(94.12%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.221,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped teaching method in the teaching pe-riod of emergency medicine resident training has good effect,which can improve the satisfaction of teaching,and also can improve the comprehensive quality and assessment scores of each resident training.
