翻转教学法在急诊住院医师规培教学中的应用效果分析

目的 评价翻转教学法应用在急诊住院医师规范化培训(规培)教学中的效果.方法 选取2022年11月—2023年11月山东第二医科大学附属医院急诊科68名规培医师为研究对象.采取随机数表法分为参照组(常规教学模式)与研究组(翻转教学法),每组34名.对两组教学效果进行分析.结果 研究组考核成绩、综合素养各项评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组教学满意度(94.12%)高于参照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.221,P<0.05).结论 翻转教学法应用在急诊住院医师规培教学期间,具有良好的效果,能够提高教学满意度,还可提升各规培住院医师的综合素养、考核成绩.
Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of flipped teaching method in the teaching of emer-gency resident standardized training.Methods Sixty-eight residents undergoing training in the Department of Emer-gency Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study.A random number table method was adopted to divide them into a reference group(conventional teaching mode)and a study group(flipped teaching method),with 34 in each group.The teaching effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The assessment scores,comprehensive literacy scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group(94.12%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.221,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped teaching method in the teaching pe-riod of emergency medicine resident training has good effect,which can improve the satisfaction of teaching,and also can improve the comprehensive quality and assessment scores of each resident training.
