Discussion on the Application Effect of Seminar Combined Case-based Teaching Method in Hematology Teaching
Objective To discuss the application effect of Seminar combined case-based teaching method in hematol-ogy clinical teaching.Methods Seventy interns from the Department of Hematology of Shanxi Provincial People's Hos-pital from July 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(35,given traditional didactic teaching)and the observation group(35,given Seminar combined case-based teaching)ac-cording to the order of their school numbers.The assessment scores,teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction of the interns in the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the was not difference statistically significant in the written knowledge assessment scores of the two groups(P>0.05),but the clinical application,comprehensive abil-ity and average scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of learning ability,self-learning ability and cooperation ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(94.26%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Seminar combined with case-based teaching method in hematology internship can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and learning ability of interns,and enhance the clinical professional ability.
