疾病预防控制工作在城乡社区卫生服务中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨城乡社区卫生服务中开展疾病预防控制工作价值.方法 选取沂源县疾病预防控制中心的20名工作人员为研究对象,2020年2月—2021年2月常规开展城乡社区卫生服务(实施前),2021年3月—2022年4月开展疾病预防控制工作强化城乡社区卫生服务(实施后).比较实施前后工作人员的工作质量评分、工作总满意度.结果 管理后的工作质量评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).管理前后的总满意度对比(90.00%vs 100.00%),差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.105,P>0.05).结论 在开展城乡社区卫生服务工作期间,疾病预防控制工作的合理开展,可提升工作人员的工作满意度和工作质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of disease prevention and control in urban and rural community health ser-vices.Methods A total of 20 staff members of Yiyuan county center for disease control and prevention were selected as the study subjects.Regular urban and rural community health services were carried out from February 2020 to Feb-ruary 2021(before implementation),and disease prevention and control work was carried out from March 2021 to April 2022 to strengthen urban and rural community health services(after implementation).Compared the work qual-ity score and total job satisfaction of the staff before and after implementation.Results The job quality score after man-agement was higher than that before management,and the difference we statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total satisfaction before and after management(90.00%vs 100.00%)(χ2=2.105,P>0.05).Conclusion During the development of urban and rural community health services,the reasonable development of dis-ease prevention and control can improve the job satisfaction and work quality of the staff.
