摘要
目的 客观评价17所S高校附属医院科技创新效率,为推动医院科技创新高质量发展提供参考.方法 采集17所S高校附属医院2022年度的科技指标数据,利用波士顿矩阵法对科技创新效率进行相应评价,并与这些医院在中国医院科技量值中的评价结果结合分析,反映医院科技创新能力与科技创新效率情况.结果 17所S高校附属医院的科技量值与科技创新效率值并不匹配,2家医院科技投入较少,科技产出较高,科技创新效率最好;6家医院科技投入相对较多,科技产出也较高,科技创新效率较好,在科技产出方面仍有较大提升空间;1家医院科技投入多,但科技产出较低,科技创新效率较低;8家医院科技投入和科技产出都低,仍需努力提升.结论 客观评价医院科技创新效率,对医院的科技创新现状进行分类研究,可以为制定针对性的发展策略提供参考,促进公立医院科技创新高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective To objectively evaluate the scientific and technological innovation efficieney of 17 affiliated hospitals of S university,and provide references for prmoting their high-quality development in scientific innovation.Methods The indexes of 17 affiliated hospitals of S university were collected in 2022,to evaluate the efficiency of sci-entific and technological innovation using Boston matrix.The science and technology innovation capability of these hospitals was evaluated using science and technology evaluation metrics(STEM).The comprehensive evaluation of two results can reflect both capability and efficiency.Results There is a mismatch between the technological quantity and innovation efficiency of 17 affiliated hospitals of S university.2 hospitals have generated higher technological output with relatively low technological investment,and the efficiency is the best.6 hospitals have generated higher techno-logical output with relatively high-tech inputs,and the efficiency is good.There is still significant room for improve-ment in terms of technological output.1 hospital has high investment but low output,and the efficiency is lower.8 hos-pitals have low investment and output.These hospitals still need to make efforts in both technology investment and technology output.Conclusion It is helpful to classify the current state of scientific and technological innovation of hospitals,to objectively evaluate the scientific and technological innovation efficiency.And the conclusion can provide reference for formulating targeted development strategies,promote high-quality development of scientific and techno-logical innovation in public hospitals.
