Research on Establishment of Monthly Quality Assessment Target System of Clinical Departments Based on Performance Assessment Indicators of Three-level Public TCM Hospitals
The performance appraisal index system of three-level public TCM hospitals is an important tool for the high-quality development of public hospitals.The clinical department of Chinese medicine is the basic unit of the third-level public Chinese medicine hospital,and its work quality,operation efficiency,service ability and satisfaction degree are directly related to the health and well-being of the people.The establishment of a monthly quality assess-ment target system for clinical departments of three-level public TCM hospitals is conducive to promoting self-management of clinical departments of TCM,enhancing core competitiveness,and enabling them to play a greater role in high-quality development.Taking Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper dis-cusses the practice and results of constructing the monthly quality assessment target system of clinical departments un-der the guidance of the performance assessment index system of three-level public traditional Chinese medicine hospi-tals.
