摘要
本文综述了临床试验教学策略在医学教育中的重要性,介绍了其定义、独特地位及作用,并详细阐述了培养策略核心内容以及培养结果的评价方法.文章还分析了实施过程面临的挑战,提出了解决建议,并展望了未来发展方向.指出临床试验教学策略在提升医学实习生实践能力、研究素质及综合素质方面效果显著,为医学教育改革提供了新视角.
Abstract
This article summarizes the importance of clinical trial teaching strategy in medical education,introduces its definition,unique status and role,and elaborates on the core content of the training strategy as well as the evalua-tion methods of the training results.The article also analyzes the challenges faced in the implementation process,puts forward suggestions for solutions,and looks forward to the future development direction.The clinical trial teaching strategy is effective in enhancing the practical ability,research quality and comprehensive quality of medical interns,and provides a new perspective for the reform of medical education.
