The Influence of Management Mode Based on Whole-Process Quality Con-trol on Medical Quality and Professional Skills of Pediatric Outpatient Doctors
Objective To explore the influence of management mode based on whole-process quality control on medi-cal quality and professional skills of pediatric outpatient doctors.Methods From May 2022 to January 2023,33 doc-tors in the pediatric outpatient department of Weicheng District People's Hospital were selected as the control group,and the same 33 doctors from February to August 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated with routine management,and the observation group was combined with the management mode based on the whole process quality control.Both groups completed 3 months of management.The medical quality,professional skills and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of communication skills,doctor-patient re-lationship,respect for privacy,vaccination process,doctor's service attitude and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of physical examination skills,reading efficiency,vaccination technology,adverse reaction prevention,vaccina-tion method,risk assessment and emergency response in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of management content,self-skill im-provement,workload reduction,doctor-patient relationship improvement and reasonable assessment methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on the whole process quality control can improve the medical quality and professional skills and doctors'satisfaction with management in the prevention of pediatric outpatient clinic.
