Analysis of the Application Value of Problem-Based Teaching Method in Practical Teaching of Hematology Laboratory
Objective To explore the application value of problem-based teaching method in the teaching practice of hematology examination.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,90 medical students who practiced in the Department of Clinical Laboratory of Hunan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observa-tion group,45 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine teaching,and the observation group carried out problem-based teaching.The teaching satisfaction,assessment results,clinical operation skill scores and compre-hensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 84.44%(38/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.939,P<0.05).The scores of examination,operation skills and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The application of problem-based teaching method in the practice teaching of hematology laboratory can im-prove the overall teaching effect and students'satisfaction with teaching.
