Objective To analyze the application effect of the three track five step hierarchical system in the manage-ment of surgical nurses.Methods A total of sixty surgical nurses in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(conven-tional management)and an observation group(three-track,five-step hierarchical system management)of 30 each ac-cording to the different management modes.Self-efficacy,business quality,and career decision-making self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of Self-Efficacy Integration Scale in the observation group was 138.50±8.30,which was higher than 130.50±6.30 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.205,P<0.05).The observation group's business quality scores and professional decision-making self-efficacy scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The three track five step hierarchical system improves surgical nurses'performance and self-efficacy compared to conventional management models.
