PBL联合MDT教学模式在急危重症规培教学中的运用效果

目的 分析在危急重症规培教学中实施以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)联合多学科诊疗模式(Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Model,MDT)教学模式的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年7月山东第二医科大学附属医院的规培医学生80名,通过双盲法分为观察组与参照组,各40名.参照组医学生接受常规教学方法,观察组接受PBL联合MDT教学模式.比较两组医学生教学前后成绩、教学效果、教学查房成绩、教学满意度.结果 教学后,观察组医学生成绩、教学效果评分、教学查房成绩高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组教学满意度(97.50%)高于参照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.134,P<0.05).结论 在急危重症规培教学中实施PBL联合MDT教学模式的效果较好,能提升医学生的教学成绩、教学效果、教学满意度.
Application effect of PBL Combined with MDT Teaching Mode in Critical Illness Training Teaching
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing problem-based learning(PBL)combined with multidisci-plinary diagnosis and treatment model(MDT)teaching model in critical care training.Methods Eighty medical stu-dents undergoing training in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the reference group by double-blind method,each with 40 students.The medical students in the reference group received conventional teaching methods,and the observation group received PBL combined with MDT teaching mode.The two groups were compared in terms of medical students'grades,teaching effects,teaching checkup grades,and teaching satisfaction.Results After teaching,medical students'grades,teaching effect scores,and teaching check-up scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.134,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PBL combined with MDT teaching mode is better in the emergency and severe disease training teaching,which can improve the teaching achievement,teaching effect and teaching satisfac-tion of medical students.
