无缝隙护理管理模式对中医康复科护理人员工作积极性的影响

目的 分析无缝隙护理管理模式应用于中医康复科护理人员中的具体效果.方法 阳新县人民医院中医康复科于2022年5月—2023年3月实施传统管理模式(命名为对照组),于2023年4月—2024年2月实施无缝隙护理管理模式(命名为观察组),共纳入8名护理人员,分析两种管理模式下护理人员的护理管理质量、工作积极性、工作倦怠感和管理满意度.结果 观察组的操作技能、病历书写、护理态度、沟通技巧和护理安全评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的工作积极性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的人格化、个人成就感评分低于对照组的评分,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的管理满意度(87.50%)高于对照组的管理模式满意度(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.047).结论 无缝隙护理管理模式应用于中医康复科护理人员中可以有效地提升护理人员的护理质量和工作积极性,能有降低护理人员的工作倦怠感,进一步提升管理模式的满意度,应用价值较高.
The Influence of Seamless Nursing Management Mode on the Work Enthu-siasm of Nursing Staff in TCM Rehabilitation Department
Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing management mode applied to nursing staff in TCM re-habilitation department.Methods The traditional management mode(named control group)was implemented in the Rehabilitation Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yangxin County People's Hospital from May 2022 to March 2023,and the seamless nursing management mode(named observation group)was implemented from April 2023 to February 2024.A total of 8 nurses were included.The nursing management quality,work enthusiasm,job burnout and management satisfaction of nursing staff under two management modes were analyzed.Results The opera-tion skills,medical record writing,nursing attitude,communication skills and nursing safety scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The working enthusiasm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of personification and personal achievement in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satis-faction of management mode in observation group(87.50%)was higher than that in control group(62.50%),the differ-ence was statistically significant(P=0.047).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing management mode in the rehabilitation department of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the nursing quality and work enthusi-asm of the nursing staff,reduce the job burnout of the nursing staff,further enhance the satisfaction of the manage-ment mode,and have high application value.
